Starting a craft club has been one of the best things I have ever done. It is a great excuse to spend quality time with your friends and to try new crafts every month. As always there are a few issues you may be having that you feel prevent you from starting a craft club. You may think ''none of my friends are crafty'', ''I don't have a craft room'', or ''everyone I know is so busy''. Even though all my friends stated that they weren't crafty everyone still always has a great end product. (of course this also depends on the craft and your instructions) As for not having a designated room, all you need is a table, chairs, and craft supplies for any room to be a ''craft room''. The excuse that everyone you know is so busy is also false. Just talk to your friends and decide on a day and time that most of you are not busy on. (I do Sundays from 4-6).
Now, if you have decided to start a craft club all you need are some basic guidelines for choosing the right craft . To choose the right craft you need to consider are a few variables.
